QUESTION: Can you send me my password and username?

QUESTION: How long does it take for a payment to be processed?

It should take a few seconds at most. If a few minutes have passed and you still haven't received your account information, please contact support.


QUESTION: What will a payment show up as on my statement?

Your purhcase will be billed as "Graphics NXS"


QUESTION: Will I receive spam or be subscribed to newsletters?

No. We do not send newsletters and do not share your e-mail address with anyone.


QUESTION: How can I cancel?

Click here and ask to cancel subscription. You can provide a reason for cancellation if you want, but it is not necessary.


QUESTION: Is there a download limit?

There is no limit for your subscription, but there is a two GB per day per site limit to keep the server running smoothly. When you are blocked, the block will expire on its own within six hours and you can then download again from the blocked site. When you are blocked from any one site, you can still download from all other GraphicsNXS sites. If you run into the block repeatedly, just contact support and we'll consider an exemption for your account.


QUESTION: How can I get [some clip] to play?

Make sure that you have the codec required by the clip installed on your system. Visit 3ivx.com and download/install the free decoder for your system. You should then be able to play most clips. If you still have trouble, visit vp3.com and download/install their decoder as well.


QUESTION: Is it safe to make a purchase?

Yes. Each transaction is encrypted and no personal details are stored on our server. Furthermore, if you're not satisifed with your subscription, just contact support within three days of purchase and we'll issue a complete refund.
